Three-night residency, June 26–28 2023. Jonathan Richman with Tommy Larkins on drums. I’d waited ages for this — postponed from earlier in the year when snow closed the passes between California, Washington, and Oregon. Three nights of a legend in an intimate venue, unique setlist each night. He had us in the palm of his hand. Wonderful stuff. He asked for no photos during the show, so these three shots from before/after are all I have, along with memories of three great shows.
